The meeting point and start of the rally is St Omer in France, just a few miles south of Calais. Teams will be required to meet here after making the journey across or under the English Channel.
First stop after leaving St Omer is Koblenz in Germany. It is virtually all motorway driving, travelling through Belgium on route. There is an optional stop off at the Nurburgring for the adventurous. Koblenz is situated in the picturesque landscape of the Rhine and Mosel and is surrounded by 4 low mountain ranges. It is one of Germany's major tourist centres.
From Koblenz, we travel down the Rhine gorge towards Bingen, to experience the finest scenery along the whole of the Rhine. Along this stretch you will find there are more castles than anywhere else in the world. We then leave the Rhine and head off to our next stop, St Gallen in Switzerland situated halfway between Lake Constance and the Appenzell Alps. There is an optional visit to the Porche museum at Stuttgart on route.
From St Gallen we travel along mountain passes, through stunning scenery to reach Lugano, in the Italian speaking canton of Ticino, which in recent years has attracted an ever growing number of celebrities, entertainers and successful sports people, giving it the nickname of the "Monte Carlo of Switzerland".
From Lugano we head towards Maranello, where there is an optional stop to take in the Ferrari museum, before making the final leg of the journey to Rimini, on the Adriatic sea, where we get rid of the cars and soak up the summer sun
